I worked closely with Stephanie while I oversaw the account for UHA Health Insurance digital advertising as the Marketing Performance Manager at Lights On. From the very beginning, Stephanie effectively communicated her goals for the account and how she wanted to achieve them. Stephanie is highly analytical and backs every decision with firm data. After over a decade of running a digital marketing department in an agency I’ve learned many things, but most important is that you need to find the right people for the team.
